School of Ministry Curriculum
The Associate of Christian Ministry is a two-year undergraduate degree program measured in academic credit hours. The program prepares lay leaders, ministry workers, and aspiring servants of Christ for ministry within the local church, non-profit organizations, and missions’ contexts. Instruction integrates biblical studies, theology, ministry practice, and selected general education courses to support both spiritual development and academic growth.
Persons enrolled may train for Christian service, enhance existing ministry skills, gain a deeper understanding of the things of God, and receive instruction in areas such as faith, the Holy Spirit, Bible prophecy, and practical ministry application.
Students enrolled on a full-time basis who successfully complete all required coursework may complete the Associate of Christian Ministry program in two academic years. Part-time study is permitted. Successful completion of this program yields the Associate of Christian Ministry degree and qualifies graduates to participate in the MTCC graduation commencement exercises, provided all institutional requirements are met. The program also provides an academic foundation for students who desire to continue into bachelor-level pastoral or ministry studies.
