The Distance Learning Program will operate on the same academic schedule of the college.  There are courses offered through distance learning that allows students to engage with their coursework on their own schedule. Students access course materials and engage with the curriculum at their own pace and time, without real-time interaction with the instructor or other students. This requires students both to integrate course material with the ecclesial practices that are part of their daily work.

All course work and materials may be mailed from the Registrars office to ensure that each student receives their assignments in a timely matter or they have the choice of uploading within their online portal.  Any late mailings will be noted in the Registrars office and conveyed to the Dean of Academics.
