Doctorate Degree in Christian Ministry
The Doctorate of Christian Ministry is a terminal, post-master’s research degree representing the highest level of academic achievement offered by More Than Conquerors College. This forty-five (45) credit-hour doctoral program is designed to prepare experienced ministry leaders for advanced theological integration, rigorous academic research, and senior-level ministerial leadership within the church and broader Christian service.
Requirements: Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Christian Ministry, Biblical Studies, or a closely related theological field from an approved institution. All other admission considerations are reviewed individually by the Registrar and the Academic Office.
Students entering the doctoral program are expected to have completed an appropriate master’s-level thesis in the field of biblical or ministerial studies. This thesis serves as foundational research preparation for doctoral-level academic work.
Applicants who completed a non-thesis master’s program—such as those whose capstone requirements consisted of projects, portfolios, or other non-research components—will be required to complete a thesis class (MCM-600) prior to beginning advanced doctoral coursework. The institution will provide guidelines, timelines, and supervision to ensure the thesis meets the academic standards necessary for doctoral studies. Student must possess a Master in Christian Ministry or Biblical Studies. All other considerations must be discussed with the Registrar.
