The Master of Christian Ministry degree is designed to provide advanced graduate-level instruction in biblical studies, theology, leadership, and practical ministry. This program equips students for higher levels of pastoral responsibility, ministry administration, teaching, and leadership within the church and Christian organizations.
The Master of Christian Ministry Degree requires the successful completion of 36 total academic credit hours. Students enrolled in the Master of Christian Ministry program must complete a required thesis demonstrating graduate-level research, theological integration, and applied ministry competence.
The thesis requirement includes supervised research, formal writing, and faculty evaluation, and is designed to assess the student’s ability to engage critically with ministry-related issues at the graduate level. The thesis must be completed in accordance with institutional guidelines and approved by the Academic Office.
Completion of the required thesis is necessary to fulfill the total credit-hour requirements for the Master of Christian Ministry degree.

MCM 500 – Pastoral Counseling 3 credits
MCM 501 - Cultivating Organizational Culture and Church Health 3 credits
MCM 502 - Ethics and Ethical Decision Making 3 credits
MCM 503 - Conflict Resolution and Biblical Peacemaking 3 credits
MCM 504 - Strategic Planning 3 credits
MCM 505 – Advanced Developing Christian Leaders 3 credits
MCM 506 - Emotionally Healthy Spirituality for Ministry Leaders 3 credits
MCM 507 - Leadership, Discipleship and Team Development 3 credits
MCM 508 – Apologetics II 3 credits
MCM 600 - Thesis Research 6 credits
MCM 601 - Advanced Systematic Theology 3 credits
Total Credit Hours 36 credit
Students must possess a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry or Biblical Studies. A student with a Bachelors degree in another area must have at least 30 credit hours in Christian Ministry or Biblical Studies before officially entering the program.
